| − | In the Fall of 2006, Sara Stevenson entered her sophomore year at the University of Michigan. Finally acclimated to collegiate life, Sara sought to become involved on campus in an organization that would provide a smaller community within the large university setting and gave her opportunities for service. Furthermore, Sara sought an organization that attracted diverse groups of students united under an ideal of betterment of community and betterment of self. Phi Sigma Pi Beta Alpha Chapter appealed to her due to the caliber of people it attracted. Ultimately, Phi Sigma Pi provided her the opportunity she sought.
