- The fraternity is in serious decline. In the hopes of stopping the decline of the fraternity, the National Council mails out letters to over 150 four-year colleges and universities in hopes of adding new chapters. The fraternity also begins talks with Kappa Phi Kappa, once again, in hopes of encouraging a merger.
