Alpha Eta Chapter (Founded 11 November 1989) is located at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. The Chapter was founded by Richard Freed.

Alpha Eta was founded by Richard Freed on November 11th, 1989. He was also a founder of the Alpha Epsilon Chapter at West Chester University.
