Tanner is a 2015 graduate of East Tennessee State University with a bachelor's degree in exercise science. Ultimately, he wants to obtain a doctorate in physical therapy. Tanner is a 2011 graduate of Soddy Daisy High School. He was inducted into the Epsilon Xi chapter of Phi Sigma Pi on November 14, 2012 as a member of the Iota Class.
Collegiate Years at Epsilon Xi Chapter
Tanner served as the Recording Secretary for the Epsilon Xi chapter during the Spring 2015 semester. Tanner has served on the recruitment, chapter operating policies and initiate committees. He became an alumnus of the Epsilon Xi Chapter during the Spring semester of 2015.
