Early Fraternity Life and Career
Omari began attending George Washington University in the Fall of 2008 after graduating from Benjamin Banneker High School. After receiving an email about the Phi Sigma Pi fraternity and seeing that it was more academic based than social, Animal House style based, he decided to rush that following spring, later received a bid invitation to become an initiate, and began the Initiate Process for the spring semester. After completing the necessary requirements to become a brother, along with other members of the Alpha Zeta class, Omari was inducted as a brother.
Collegiate Years at Sample Chapter
Work in progress. Will be fixed in post.
Bigs and Littles
Omari currently has no big or little. His previous big, [Gabrielle Azulay], of the Alpha Gamma class, became an inactive member in the fall of 2009. His previous little, [Andrew Vu], of the Alpha Eta class, dropped from the Initiate Program in fall of 2009 due to other commitments. This makes him a sad panda.
Other Interesting Facts
Omari is a Washington, D.C. native- despite not being a Redskins or Nationals fan- and plans to major in Journalism while potentially pursuing Spanish as a minor. He has interned at the National Gallery of Art in the summer of 2007. He normally speaks before thinking and has a passion for anything game, comic, television, movie, book, or anything sleep related. He was named "Most Responsible" in the Spring of 2009 and cannot decide whether that is a good or bad thing considering being in a fraternity.
