The 2013 National Convention was held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, August 1-4 2013. The event hosted the annual Grand Chapter Conference.

The amendments from the 2012 Grand Chapter Conference were all tabled to this year. These will be considered in addition to amendments submitted during 2013.
