¹ According to the 1990 Scholar's Province, Lawrence Pease served as the 1st Vice President and was appointed to fill the vacancy as President. The 1st Vice President role presumably remained vacant due to the proximity of the upcoming Grand Chapter Conference. At the 1931 Grand Chapter Conference, the two Vice President positions were merged into one role.
