Alpha Tau Chapter (Founded 13 November 1991) is located at Howard University in Washington, DC. The Chapter was founded by Chapter alumnus Derek Simmons and is a member of the Capitol Region.

Chapter History

Founding

Alpha Tau is the first chapter founded at a Historically Black College or University (HBCU).

Chapter Events & Activities

Alpha Tau Chapter Endowment Fund

The Endowment Fund was created on August 8, 2007. The fund uses corporate sponsorship and fundraising to financially assist students within the community through scholarships. The Endowment Fund has a board of directors consisting of undergraduate and alumni brothers of Alpha Tau.
