Andrew Kump (born DD MMM YYYY) is an Active Member of Delta Chi Chapter (229) at Lehigh University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Andrew Kump decided to attend Lehigh University in 2006. He joined PSP the Spring semester of his Freshman year and was the Mu class Treasurer. Andrew was recruited mostly for his intense Volleyball skills so Delta Chi could win Alpha Beta Volleyball for years to come (2010, 2008). Andrew quickly became very involved with PSP, seeing that there were many areas for improvement for the Chapter to grow. Andrew was Treasurer in 2008 and grew even more involved with PSP, always thinking of new ideas to improve the Chapter.

Andrew improved Fundraising by getting Delta Chi involved with a new fundrasier, Campus Fundraiser which sold magazines and allowed money to be collected from online surveys. Fundraising improved drastically and allowed the brotherhood to improve the size and greatness of a fall semester brotherhood retreat. Andrew also contributed to the massive overhaul of Delta Chi kickball with Justin Capalbo, ICR Chair 2008. Andrew started an annual Volleyball Tournament at Lehigh University to raise money and awareness about Teach for America.

Having a more complete understanding of Delta Chi's operations, Andrew became President in 2009. After attending Grand Chapter as Delta Chi's Delegate in the Summer of 2008, Andrew was filled with ideas about how to further improve the Chapter. As President, Delta Chi Kickball grew even further with over 200 non-Delta Chi Brothers attending, Delta Chi's Bylaws were completely revised and edited, and many policies were streamlined to make the Chapter furn more efficiently. Additionally, Delta Chi created a mascot and Chapter Chant through Andrew's initiatives. As President, the infamous Kump Juice and grip stance were invented.

After his presidency, Andrew became a member of the Standard's committee, with the role of revamping Delta Chi's operations policies.

Andrew currently serves as Alumni Advisor to Dela Chi (2010 - 2011) and is still very dedicated to Delta Chi.

Andrew continues to dominate Alpha Beta Volleyball with Tucker Elliott.
