Early Fraternity Life and Career
Andrius rushed Phi Sigma Pi in the Fall of 1995. He received a bid, and after a successful Initiation period, he was Inducted into the Chapter with the Theta Initiate Class in November of that year.

Andrius was very active as an undergraduate and served in multiple leadership positions including Interchapter Relations Chair and Public Relations Chair.
