Ashley Blubaugh (born 10 August 1989) from New Jersey, is an Active Member of the Beta Upsilon Chapter at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is the current President for the Beta Upsilon Chapter. She is a studio arts major with her concentration in education and also has an art history minor.

Ashley pledged in Spring 2008 and was the treasurer/ secretary for the Omega Pledge Class.

Ashley has served as the following positions: Current chapter President, Rush Advisor of the Beta Upsilon Chapter of Phi Sigma Pi for the Spring 2009 Alpha Beta Class. In the Fall of 2008 semester, Ashley served as the Chair for the Public Relations/ Inter Chapter Relations committee & was the regional consultant.
