Becky Leach-Seymour (born 1 March 1983) is an Alumni Member of Beta Iota Chapter (ΒΙ 241) at The Ohio State University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Becky joined the Beta Iota Chapter as a sophomore and spent three years as an actively involved member, holding several leadership positions and attended many inter-chapter event including regional conferences, Tau Founders' Day and Mardi Gras. During her time as Service Chair, Becky led the chapter in hosting a 100 person Texas Hold 'Em poker tournament that raised over $1,000 for Red Cross disaster relief following Hurricane Katrina.
Becky works in non-profit fundraising. She has held positions at Xavier University, The Ohio State University and Ohio Wesleyan University, and is currently the Annual Giving and Grants Manager at Columbus Metropolitan Library, the #1 library system in the country.
Becky co-founded the Phi Sigma Pi Columbus Area Alumni Association with Mbabndah Ndobegang and currently serves as the President of PSPCAAA. She also serves on the Phi Sigma Pi Foundation Board of Directors.
