Beta Kappa Chapter Nacho Family

Around 2003-2004, Beta Kappa was doing a lot of fundraising by selling concessions at Littlejohn Coliseum. A previously-unnamed Family was given the name 'Nacho'. "...the Nacho Family was born of [our] love of being Nacho Wenches. Basically, you can cheese your chips straight from the cheese machine, and eat nachos all night long, which is pretty much my favorite way to spend an evening. Man, now I really want to eat some nachos...."
