Beta Xi has founded a way to create more family pride through the use of family letters. Beta Xi has encouraged the adoption of historical Brothers in Phi Sigma Pi history to be the name for each family, allowing for more pride in families and also a greater appreciation of Phi Sigma Pi history in general.
