Caitlin Grady (born 27 April) is an Alumna of Alpha Rho Chapter (ΑΡ #) at Virginia Tech.

Collegiate Years at Alpha Rho Chapter
Caitlin quickly became an active member of Alpha Rho, serving as the chair of the Michael B. Perry 5K in her first semester as a Brother. The event attracted the highest number of participants in its history, with 112 registered runners, resulting in over $1,000 being donated to the Blacksburg area D.A.R.E. program.
In April 2008, Caitlin was honored at Alpha Rho's annual Alumni Weekend with the inaugural 4/16/07 Memorial Scholarship. At the following year's Alumni Banquet, she was further recognized with the Emily C. Specchio Tripod Scholarship
For the 2008-2009 academic year, Caitlin served Alpha Rho on the Executive Board in the position of Community Relations. The following year she served as Vice President External (VPE). When the new Community Relations Chair stepped down at the end of the Fall 2009 semester, Caitlin assumed those responsibilities as part of her VPE role.
