Carly Price (born 9/24/1994) is a Collegiate Member of Epsilon Xi (Chapter roll #123) at East Tennessee State University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Carly Price attended her first semester at East Tennessee State University in August 2012 following her acceptance into the University Honors Scholars program. She decided to join Phi Sigma Pi to "branch out" and was excited to find a group of people who could enjoy the company of one another while also realizing the importance of schoolwork and community involvment. Carly was inducted into the fraternity in the spring of 2013 as a member of the Kappa Class. In addition to Phi Sigma Pi, Carly is also a member of the Honors in Discipline Program for Nursing and the Student Nurses Association at ETSU and has enjoyed taking many classes outside of her major in disciplines such as English, Anthropology, and the Fine Arts.

Carly's critique of the study "Pregnancy, Obstetric, and Perinatal Health Outcomes in Eating Disorders" titled "Statistical Significance of Eating Disorders and Adverse Perinatal Outcomes" is due to be published in a future issue of the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Carly is currently working on an undergraduate thesis exploring eating disorders from a nursing perspectice.

Carly served as the Social Chair of Epsilon Xi in the Spring semester of 2015.

National Involvement

Carly has not yet attended a regional or national convention, but hopes to in the future.

Other Interesting Facts

In her spare time, Carly enjoys singing, reading, writing, baking, crafting, and attending concerts and comic conventions. She hopes to one day be able to do a great deal of traveling.
