Casey Curtis is the reincarnation of Biggie Smalls. He fervently believes that Elvis is still alive and hunts for him and BigFoot. He is well known throughout Epsilon Delta for his ability to stop his heart for one minute on command. Was once Gene Shalot's lover. He coined the phrase '"coined the phrase". He has sworn a blood oath to Kiana Coffey to make her fajitas and kabobs.
