Cheryl Fazio (born 12 May 1989) is a Collegiate Member of the Zeta Beta Chapter (ΖΒ 31) at Franklin and Marshall College and a member of Zeta Beta's Founding Class. She is currently Chair of Zeta Beta's Social Committee. The upcoming semester - Fall 2010 - will be her second semester holding this position. Cheryl is a Sociology and Public Policy joint major and plans to go on to law school after graduating from F&M in Spring 2011. She is originally from Syosset, New York.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Cheryl enrolled at Franklin and Marshall College in Fall 2007 after graduating from Sacred Heart Academy in Hempstead, New York. As a junior, she learned that a new chapter of Phi Sigma Pi would be established at F&M in Spring 2010. Intrigued by Phi Sigma Pi's unique blend of leadership, scholarship and fellowship, she made the decision to join this refreshingly different sort of Greek organization. She accepted a position as Social Committee Chair, completed the initiation process and, on April 18, 2010, was inducted into the Zeta Beta Chapter as a member of the Founding Class.

Collegiate Years at Zeta Beta Chapter

Since becoming an undergraduate Brother as a junior in one of Phi Sigma Pi's newest chapters, Cheryl has chosen to make the most of her brief time as a Collegiate Member of Phi Sigma Pi. She volunteered to serve as Zeta Beta chapter's first Social Committee Chair and was selected for this position in Spring 2010. During her first semester as Social Chair, Cheryl successfully organized four social events, helping the new chapter successfully meet the requirements necessary to make the dream of an F&M chapter of Phi Sigma Pi a reality. She also assisted with the writing of the Zeta Beta chapter's bylaws and attended the 2010 National Convention in Harrisburg, PA as an alternate delegate. Cheryl will continue to serve as Social Committee Chair for the Fall 2010 semester.

National Involvement

Upon graduating F&M in Spring 2011, Cheryl has definite plans to join the National Alumni Association (NAA) and hopes to stay involved in Phi Sigma Pi as an Alumna.

Bigs and Littles

As a new chapter, Zeta Beta does not have a Bigs and Littles system yet; however, this will be instituted following the Fall 2010 Rush period.
