Chikira Bennett decided to attend Temple University because of the reputation of the school's film program, knowing her main interest and how she wanted to invest her undergraduate years learning a craft that she found worthwhile. Chikira joined Phi Sigma Pi the spring of her freshman year after deciding that the opportunities to grow in leadership and within an organization was readily available to her.
