Chris Cannon (born 03 Dec, 1994) is an Collegiate Member of Epsilon Theta (Chapter roll #156) at the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Early Fraternity Life
Originally enrolled at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA since 2013, Chris transferred to Georgia Tech in Fall 2015 as a Junior. While having desired to be a part of a fraternity since first entering college, Chris had yet to find one that he felt he belonged in. During his first month at Tech, he happened to come across a flier that had slipped in his notes advertising an Epsilon Theta Chapter info session. After getting to know several of the brothers through this info session and several rush events, Chris received a bid and was eventually inducted with the Rho Initiate Class on October 27th, 2015.
Collegiate Years at Sample Chapter
Wanting to expand his activity in the Chapter, Chris ran for and was elected to the position of Leadership Chair in December of 2015, a role he would serve during the Spring 2016 semester. As Leadership Chair, Chris utilized his connections with several other volunteering projects and organizations on campus to bring both large and small service projects to the Chapter's attention. Following his term as Leadership Chair, Chris was elected to the position of Fundraising Chair for the Fall 2015 semester. He hoped to utilize this position as a method to develop his communication skills, while pushing himself in a new role outside of his comfort zone. During this time, the Chapter partnered with Door of Clubs and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). At the encouragement of several of his fellow Brothers, Chris ran for a position on the 2017 Executive Board and was eventually elected to the position of Parliamentarian, a role he continues to serve today.
