1. Lauren needs to update her address for nationals

3. Laura N, Tayo, Kaela, Tessa, and Alex are possibly all inactive; waiting on their petitions
4. the campus clean up is September 30 at 11 am
5. the chapter is invited to a leadership banquet on Oct 5 - we need to rsvp by Oct 1

Meeting is called to order at 8:11 by President Lauren Snella.

3. Minutes from April 30, 2007 and September 10, 2007 were read and approved without objection
4. Officer Reports
   1. President
      • Kelly Reid has submitted her letter of resignation from the chapter
      • UNC has invited us to the Rockies game with them - its the same day as Homecoming, Sep 29 - let Lauren know if you are interested in going to the Rockies game
      • Student Leadership Banquet is Friday Oct 5 from 6-8, we can go as a group and we need to RSVP by Oct 1, sign up sheet is going around
   2. Vice President
      • committees and office hours have been scheduled
      • special events committee can add two more members if anyone is interested
   3. Secretary
      • GPA reports are due tonight - talk to Chelsea if you don't have yours
   4. Treasurer
      • dues are due tonight, $80 - talk to Nicci if you don't have to yours
      • any eboard members who haven't submitted their budgets need to ASAP
   5. ECA
      • WICKED planning is coming soon - does anyone want to help RayAnne?
   6. Historian
      • let Eric know if you are having problems posting pictures on the BOW
5. Committee Reports
   1. Fundraising
      • we still have chocolate bars left to sell
      • we may have made $1200 for Taste of Colorado, but we aren't sure yet
   2. Service
      • the Campus Clean-up during rush the Sunday September 30th as 11 am
      • the deadline to sign up for Race for the Cure online is Friday September 21 - you can sign up until the day before the race at Boulder Running Company - the race is on Sunday Oct 7
   3. Social
      • PSP friday night this Friday at Lauren G, Nicci, and Laura's house - board game night at 6 pm
      • hike for rush week the afternoon of Friday September 28th - we will reschedule our trip to see the movie Across the Universe
   4. PR
      • let Judd know if you wear your tshirts - you will get candy
   5. Awards and Scholarship
      • Lauren S was brother of the week
      • academic events are listed on the agenda and BOW calendar
      • on September 23 the animation director of South Park is coming for the IFF - he's speaking in Muen auditorium - meet at the buffalo at 6:45
   6. Website
      • we now have access to edit our public website - Dave is in the process of redesigning
6. Open Floor
   1. Arturo Sandoval is playing at Mackey Thursday September 20 at 7 pm - tickets are $12
   2. RayAnne gives explanation of what WICKED is
   3. everyone needs to update their portion of the family tree on the BOW, as well as their contact info
7. Snap Cup
8. Rush Practice
   1. brothers should arrive before 7 for the info nights - prospectives will arrive at 7:30
   2. tshirts will be passed out that night - they are $12
   3. eboard will meet afterwards
   4. prospectives will get name tags and rush events schedule at the door - greeters will be Carrie, Andrew, Caitlin, Ashley Herzberger, Susanne/Alison, Ashley Herr/Judd
   5. other brothers will walk around and talk to prospectives - bring games like catchphrase and would you rather if you have them
   6. drinks need to be there early so people can have some while mingling
   7. there will be appetizers at the beginning and pizza afterwards
   8. Whitney and Kim T will do the introduction
   9. Lauren S will talk briefly and then the committee chairs will speak
   10. rush video needs to be updated - needs more recent pictures
   11. transfer students are accepted but freshmen must have one semester of college credit with GPA
   12. Whitney and Kim will briefly mention dues and requirements
   13. there will be a question and answer time at the end and then pizza
9. Meeting is adjourned at 8:56 pm by President Lauren Snella.
