Delta Sigma Chapter Meeting
Monday, September 24, 2007

Meeting is called to order at 8:45 by President Lauren Snella.

3. Officer Reports
   1. President
      • sign up for the leadership banquet
      • officers need to complete office hours this week in case prospectives come in
   2. Secretary
      • turn in GPA reports if you haven't done so yet
   3. ECA
      • you must tell RayAnne if you won't be active this semester
   4. Initiation
      • prospectives meeting is next monday at 7 pm
      • you can still sign up for Race for the Cure on paper until Friday 9/28
4. Committee Reports
   1. Fundraising
      • may be trying to set up a poker night, as well as a raffle
   2. Service
      • campus cleanup is sunday at 11 am - sign up
   3. Social
      • choose a day for Across the Universe movie - Friday or Sat?
   4. Awards and Scholarship
      • Brother of the Week = Whitney and Kim T
      • A train = Lauren, Susan, and RayAnne
   5. Website
      • rush events are posted on public website
5. Open Floor
   1. give your rush tshirt money to Whitney
   2. there is an event coming up about the history of chocolate
   3. if you want to help planning WICKED tell RayAnne
   4. be sure to sign the risk management form tonight
   5. Friday 10/5 they are holding Jeopardy tryouts on campus in Glenn Miller Ballroom - will count as academic event
   6. RayAnne is going to a music concert 9/30 at 4:30 if anyone wants to go
   7. Dave is looking into getting us discounted movie tickets for a fundraiser
   8. we are going to have a book drive for Chris Bennett's classroom
