Meeting is called to order at 8:16 by President Lauren Snella.

4. Officer Reports
   1. President
      • Shingles still not delivered – hopefully next week
      • Application for parade of lights due friday – Lauren will fax for everyone – turn in to office by Thursday
      • former president Chris Bennett has requested we be penpals with her class - sign up tonight
   2. Secretary
      • email Chelsea your academic events
   3. Treasurer
      • initiate dues need to be turned in next week if possible
   4. Initiate Advisor
      • big-little list is on the BOW
      • Carrie's office hours this week will be Wed 2-4
   5. Historian
      • we are playing catchphrase for history night next week - wear your costumes
      • you can upload picture directly onto the website
5. Committees
   1. Fundraising
      • we are selling purple PSP bracelets - buy 5 bracelets for $5 for an event
      • we should have the movie tickets next week to sell
   2. Service
      • pick up your flyers for trick or treat for charity tonight - Andrew will email the neighborhood to everyone tomorrow
   3. Social
      • wear your costumes next meeting
      • if you bring food to the next meeting it will count as a social event
   4. PR
      • hoodies will be $34 each - they will have stitched greek letters and we can choose any color we want

      • Becca has extra flyers from the career talk if anyone wants one
