Meeting is called to order at 8:47 by President Lauren Snella.

4. Officer Reports
   1. President
      • Shingles passed out
      • Parade of lights forms were faxed on Thursday
      • Can still sign up to be penpals with Chris’s second grade class
   2. Secretary
      • send Chelsea an email if you completed an academic event
   3. Treasurer
      • half of initiate dues are due tonight - the other half at induction in two weeks
      • if initiates return pin at induction they will get $6 back
   4. Initiate Advisors
      • induction is in two weeks
   5. Parliamentarian
      • next week is Robert's Rules of Order lesson
5. Committees
   1. Fundraising
      • Movie tickets will be picked up soon to sell
   2. Service
      • TOTC needs to flyer 34th st – should be a group going Tuesday?
      • Nov 11-17 TFA book drive – bring in 3 books for a service event
   3. Social
      • If you brought food, sign sheet on table
   4. Website
      • Committee chairs put events on BOW so Dave can put them on public website
6. Open Floor
   1. Bare necessities – Morgan and Ashley – trip to Guatemala – Jan 4-12 volunteering at orphanage
   2. Trip to peru in January to volunteer – ask Alison for email of leader
   3. Petitions committee approved an exemption
