Dani Queen (born 27 December 1987) is an alumna of the Gamma Pi Chapter (ΓΠ 220) at Towson University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Dani transferred to Towson University after spending a year at Gettysburg College. Towson offered a much larger and more active campus life than her previous school and was definitely a better fit for her. She originally transferred in as a Health Science/Biology major with the intention of moving into the Physical Therapy program, but after much thought and several major changes she finally settled on a dual major in Psychology and Sociology with a track in Criminal Justice. Once she got settled in and had finished her first semester at Towson, Dani was looking for a way to get more involved on campus. After looking around she decided to come to a meet night for Phi Sigma Pi and immediately fell in love. PSP gave her the opportunity to take on several leadership roles, travel, and most importantly, to meet a bunch of awesome poeple.
Collegiate Years at Gamma Pi
In her first semester as a Brother, Dani served as a member of the Public Relations Committee. In Spring 2008 she took on the position of Service Committee Chair and with the help of Brothers Randall Mazzarino and Kristi Sims was able to put together a successful comedy show (Laugh Out Lupus) to raise money for Gamma Pi's chapter philanthropy, The Lupus Foundation. In Fall 2008 she was elected as General Secretary and was very excited to bring back GP's chapter newsletter, The Gator. She also served as a member of the Service Committee and was the Most Active Brother in the Fall 2008 semester. In her last semester as an active Brother (Spring 2009) she continued with her duties as General Secretary, served as a member of the Alumni Relations Committee, and as Co-Initiate Advisor with Mary Howard for Gamma Pi's Alpha Alpha class.

Other Interesting Facts
Dani's interests include music, movies, reading, the beach, and pretty much anything related to psychology. She also loves to watch sports and her favorite teams are the Redskins, Wizards, Capitals, and the Maryland Terrapins. Dani is currently working as a Teacher's Assistant at an alternative middle/high school in the Baltimore area and will be starting a Master's program in Counseling Psychology at Loyola University of Maryland in Fall 2010.
