Dave enrolled at Virginia Tech in Fall 1997 after graduating from Chancellor High School in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Dave rushed Phi Sigma Pi as a freshman in Spring 1998 but did not receive a bid to become an initiate. He then rushed again in Fall 1998 and did receive a bid. After a successful Initiation period, he was Inducted into the Chapter with the Xi Initiate Class in November of that year.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Dave enrolled at Virginia Tech in Fall 1997 after graduating from Chancellor High School in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
