David Rosengrant (born 11 January 1976) is an Alumni Member of Alpha Omega Chapter (ΑΩ 222), a co-founder of Alpha Theta Chapter by reactivating them in 2006 and an honorary member/founder of Epsilon Nu Chapter by activating them in 2008.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
David Rosengrant decided to attend the University of Pittsburgh where he majored in Astro-Physics and minored in Geology. He joined Phi Sigma Pi to further his horizons and broaden his views. The fraternity has affected him in many ways which is why he is still active on a national level by having served on national committees, National Council, and reactivating Alpha Theta Chapter.
Collegiate Years at Alpha Omega
David was Vice President of his chapter for two years. He received many awards for his service to his chapter, such as Brother of the Year and the Chapter Service Key. He also served as Alumni Advisor to the chapter at various points in time.
Alumni Years to Present
David served on National Council for three years working hard to improve Alumni relations. David was also a member of WPAC, the Western Pennsylvania Alumni Chapter. After a short break, David went back to school at Rutgers for his doctorate in science education. While attending Rutgers, he helped to reactivate Alpha Theta Chapter. After finishing his doctorate program, he accepted a faculty position as a physics professor at Kennesaw State University, where he helped to start Epsilon Nu Chapter. He has further plans to help with the growth of the Atlanta Area Alumni Association.
Reactivation of Alpha Theta
Ever since David first came to Rutgers, he had a goal to fill in one of the holes in the Phi Sigma Pi alphabet. Reactivate Alpha Theta chapter. In their first year, Alpha Theta chapter has continually impressed and amazed David at how far they have come in their first year. This is a chapter that is going to be known nationally very soon for the things they are doing.
Activation of Epsilon Nu
Once David came to Kennesaw State University, he saw how the university is growing and the culture is shifting from a commuter to a traditional university. With over 20,000 students, KSU is now the 3rd largest in the state of Georgia. This helped to make KSU a strong contender for a new chapter. Thus, in the spring of 2008, 24 members completed the chartering process to help put Epsilon Nu chapter on the map.
