Chapter History

Founding

The Delta Omega Chapter of Phi Sigma Pi is the only honor fraternity at the University of California, Berkeley. National Staff Director of Member Services, Hoyt Craver, proudly dubbed the Delta Omega Chapter the "Dream Fraternity," in reference to the National Office's astonishment at Delta Omega's capability to establish itself extremely successfully with little help from the National Office. Delta Omega received its charter on April 13, 2002. Delta Omega was founded by Berkeley alum John Chen, recipient of the Rolla F. Wood Graduate Scholarship in 2005.
