Distinguished Service Keys are awarded by the National Council to members of Phi Sigma Pi who have demonstrated outstanding service to the National Fraternity. Distinguished Service Key nominations may be submitted by the National Council, National Staff, or an active chapter via the Form 130. As per the National Constitution nominees for a Distinguished Service Key require 7 affirmative votes, which is unanimous consent of the National Council to be awarded. Distinguished Service Key is often abbreviated 'DSK'.
