Emily Noonan (born 14 September 1988) is an Active Member of Beta Chapter (Β 654) at Truman State University. She is the current President of Beta Chapter.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Emily graduated from Parkway North High School in St. Louis and then began attending Truman State University in the fall of 2007. In the spring semester of her Freshman year, she received a letter from Phi Sigma Pi and decided to attend the rush week activities. After meeting the Brothers of Phi Sigma Pi and learning more about the tripod of ideals, Emily decided this was the perfect organization for her. She received a bid, successfully completed the Initiate season, and was inducted as a Brother of Phi Sigma Pi in April 2008. As a member of Omega class, Emily has made many close ties with her Brothers.
