Frank decided to attend Towson University in Fall 2005. He transferred from Carroll County Community College in Westminster, MD, but started off his college career at Salisbury University. He joined Phi Sigma Pi after hearing about it from a friend. Frank went to a few Rush events and decided that he would like to be a part of the organization.

In his spare time he enjoys working out, watching movies, cheering for the Washington Redskins, hanging out with his friends and family, and shooting his guns. After he graduates he would like to persue a possible career in the military as a reservist and a career in nuclear medicine as a civillian. Frank Bowen (born 19 09 1985) is a self expelled Member of Gamma Pi Chapter (ΓΠ 221) at Towson University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Frank decided to attend Towson University in Fall 2005. He transferred from Carroll County Community College in Westminster, MD, but started off his college career at Salisbury University. He joined Phi Sigma Pi after hearing about it from a friend. Frank went to a few Rush events and decided that he would like to be a part of the organization.

Collegiate Years at Sample Chapter

In the Fall of 2007, Frank along with his Big Chris Bezak co-chaired the Awards and Scholarship Committee. They held events such as Flag Football, Blood Diamond, and Family Guy Educationals. At Hope Bowl, hosted at the University of Delaware, Frank starred as quarterback and led the G.P. Gators to its first Hope Bowl win.
