Gamma Pi Chapter (Founded March 18, 1997) is located at Towson University in Towson, Maryland. The Chapter was founded by Sharon D. Lilly Adedeji, Alumna of Alpha Beta Chapter, and is a member of the Capitol Region.

Founding
The Gamma Pi chapter at Towson University was founded on March 18, 1997 by Sharon D. Lilly Adedeji.
Early Years
There have been 20 initiate classes since Gamma Pi's founding including this semester's Upsilon class. The initiate classes and their names are as follows:
Alpha Bits, Beta Fish, Gamma Rays, Delta Ducks, Epsilon Raptors, Zeta Penguins, Eta Elephants, Theta Turtles, Iota Money, Krazy Kappas, Lambda Lambs, Mu Monkeys, Nu Naked Nuzzles, Xiberian Tigers, Omicron Ovaries, Pi Napples, Rhobusts, Sigma Freuds, Tater Taus, and the Upsilon Gnomes

The Brothers of Gamma Pi love having a small, close chapter! There are currently 23 Active Brothers with a class of 10 Initiates.

Chapter Events & Activities
Founder's Weekend
Gamma Pi celebrates their Founder's Day every spring with a formal banquet. This year Gamma Pi was proud to celebrate their 10th anniversary with many ICR Brothers, Alumni, and some of its Charter Class Members!
Chapter Philanthropy
Gamma Pi's first philanthropy event was "Dance For Breath" which benefitted Cystic Fibrosis. The event has since been changed to "Band Together against Lupus." Every fall, Gamma Pi organizes a benefit concert at night to benefit The Lupus Foundation of America. In November of 2006, Gamma Pi organized one of their most successful Band Together weekends and raised $700 for the Lupus Foundation through raffle tickets and donations.
