Hannah chose to attend the University of Michigan over Michigan State University. She joined Phi Sigma Pi her second semester at the University of Michigan. She was inducted with the Alpha Theta class of Beta Alpha Chapter on April 1, 2009. She chose to rush Phi Sigma Pi because of their diverse brothers and good reputation.
