Harper is a Collegiate Member of Tau Chapter (1848) at East Carolina University. Harper was inducted as part of the Gamma Sigma Initiate Class (ΓΣ).

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Harper decided to attend ECU because it was close to home and she got a great scholarship. She decided to join Phi Sigma Pi because of her experience during rush. She noticed how close the Brotherhood was and wanted to be a part of the family. Joining Phi Sigma Pi was the best decision she has ever made.
