Jason Port (born 06/04/1996) is a Collegiate Member of Tau Chapter (1939) at East Carolina University. Jason was inducted as part of the Gamma Nu Initiate Class.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Jason decided to attend ECU because of its strong Russian program. He will be double majoring in Security Studies and Russian Studies with a certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He joined Phi Sigma Pi in order to both grow into a more responsible and driven individual as well as meet many other like-minded students. During his first semester as a brother he worked with the Chair of Foundations Committee, Griffin Bradham, to help develop the relatively new committee.
Collegiate Years at Tau Chapter
Jason served as the co-Chair of Foundations committee and is currently serving as Tau Chapter's Historian for the 2017/2018 academic year.

For a long time Jason has been an active runner, and completed a full marathon last year. He is fascinated with foreign cultures and languages, and can speak Russian. Additionally, Jason has traveled abroad to Haiti and Russia, and intends to travel to Russia again sometime soon.
