Jess Damron

Jessica Damron (born December 26, 1991) is the current Recruitment Advisor for the Epsilon Rho Chapter of Phi Sigma Pi at Northern Kentucky University. She became a Brother in the spring of 2011 and has been an active Brother ever since. During her time in Phi Sigma Pi so far she has served as her Chapter's Intramural Chair, Fundraising Chair, Brother at Large, and now Recruitment Advisor. Some major contributions include putting on the most successful spring rush in her Chapter's history in the spring of 2013 as well as the most Males to rush in the spring of 2013. She is currently a junior Geology major and a studio art minor with a concentration in drawing. She hopes to be involved in Phi Sigma Pi for many years to come.
