Joanne Lamb (born August 17 1954) is a Collegiate Alumni Member of Epsilon Xi Chapter at East Tennessee State University and she is an active Brother in the Southern Appalachian Alumni Chapter.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Joanne decided to attend ETSU in pursuit of her joined the Epsilon Xi Chapter of Phi Sigma Pi in November of 2011 as part of the Eta Class. After three semesters of Active Membership, Joanne graduated in May 2012 and stayed in the area where she works at the James H. Quillen Veterans Affairs Medical Center at Mountain Home, Tennessee. Since graduation, Joanne has attended regional and national events. Joanne serves as an Alumni Advisor for the Epsilon Xi Chapter.
Collegiate Years at Epsilon Xi Chapter
Joanne served on the Alumni Committee for two semesters after being initiated. She also served as the Chapter delegate at the Bluegrass Regional Conference at Western Kentucky University.
Alumni Years to Present
Joanne has served as the Vice President for the Alumni Chapter for the past two terms.
