Joseph Peltzer (born 12 November 1986) is an Active Member of Omicron Chapter (Ο 759) at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
First inducted into Omicron Chapter in the Spring of 2005 as a member of the Alpha Mu class, Joseph was appointed as the President of Omicron Chapter in the late spring semester, 2007. He was a business student at Shippensburg University, majoring in Human Resource Management. In addition to Phi Sigma Pi, Joseph served in a number of positions in the Student Senate, including two years as President. Joseph also served a term on the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education Board of Governors, and is a member of SHRM and BGS.
Joseph graduated from Ship in May of 2008 and now attends James Madison University as a Graduate Student.
