Early Fraternity Life and Career
Josh chose Virginia Tech for its campus and co-operative education program. He joined Phi Sigma Pi in the spring of 1993, due to brothers he met on campus and a desire to avoid traditional fraternity life.
Collegiate Years at Alpha Rho Chapter
Josh jumped headlong into Phi Sigma Pi leading the Gamma Initiate Class as President, and building Alpha Rho's first road trip (to Tau's first open Founder's Weekend in April 1993). Over his college years, he participated in the growth of Alpha Rho as Initiation Chair, PR/Inter-Chapter Chair, Alumni Chair, and President.
