Joshua Marder and his wife, past Senior Vice President Britt Martin Marder live in Northern New Jersey with daughter Madeleine. Josh works at Unilever NA as a Brand Manager responsible for strategy, innovation, and advertising on Ragu and Bertolli pasta sauces. Prior to Unilever he worked in marketing at Procter & Gamble and ConAgra Foods. He holds an MBA from Duke University, and BS degrees in marketing and psychology from Virginia Tech.
