Justin Nemmers (born 21 January) is an Alumnus and Chapter Service Key Recipient of Alpha Rho Chapter (ΑΡ 391) at Virginia Tech.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Justin was inducted with the Kappa initiate class in November 1996.
Collegiate Years at Alpha Rho Chapter
Justin served as Fellowship Chair and PR Chair during his time as an undergraduate.
At the 1999 Alpha Rho/Beta Delta Founder's Day Banquet, Justin was bestowed a Chapter Service Key, becoming the fifth Alpha Rho Brother to receive this honor.
Alumni Years to Present
Justin graduated in December 1999. He currently lives and works in the Washington, DC metro area.
