Kadira joined the Gamma Pi Chapter in the Spring Semester of 1997 as a Charter member. She served the chapter as the Awards and Scholarship Chapter and Attendance Secretary. Her fondess memory of her chapter is Homecoming 1999 where her chapter competed for the second time in the University's Homecoming Festivities. The Gamma Pi Chapter won the Yell like Hell competition (cheer and dance) as well as the banner contest and parade float contest. It was one of the best bonding experiences for the chapter in its very early years.

While at Towson University Kadira was very active both in the fraternity and in the University.  Kadira served as a Resident Assistant for a number of years and was also on the Track and Field team.  Although she may say she's modest, Kadira is very proud of the fact that she still holds the school record at Towson University for the Weight Throw and is in the Top 5 historical female throwers at Towson University for the both the Hammer Throw and the Shot Put.

After graduating from college Kadira moved down to Northern Virginia to pursue a career as an actuary. She specifically works as a retirement consultant for an actuarial firm.  Kadira joined the [[Capital Alumni Chapter]] in the summer of 1999 and has been active ever since.  She has served the chapter as both the secretary and the Chapter President where she served for 4 years.  The Capital Alumni Chapter presented Kadira with a [[Chapter Service Key]] in 2002.

Kadira Coley (born 6 May 1977) is an Alumni Member of Gamma Pi Chapter (ΓΠ 71) at Towson University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Kadira joined the Gamma Pi Chapter in the Spring Semester of 1997 as a Charter member. She served the chapter as the Awards and Scholarship Chapter and Attendance Secretary. Her fondess memory of her chapter is Homecoming 1999 where her chapter competed for the second time in the University's Homecoming Festivities. The Gamma Pi Chapter won the Yell like Hell competition (cheer and dance) as well as the banner contest and parade float contest.
