Kate Adlon (born 27 June 1987) is an Alumni Member of Gamma Xi Chapter (ΓΞ 246) at Drexel University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Kate came to the great city of Philadelphia to attend Drexel University, from the other great city in PA: Harrisburg. As Drexel was one of the only universities which offered a good Biomedical engineering program and a co-op program, it was an easy choice. During sophomore year she became restless because she was not very involved with other organizations on campus, and decided to rush Phi Sigma Pi because of the service opportunities, and because it was coed.

Joining Phi Sigma Pi has been one of the best decisions that she has made while at Drexel. The leadership opportunities she has held while in PSP have helped her grow as a person, and probably most importantly, the friends she has gained while a Brother are some of the best friends she could have asked for.

Collegiate Years at Gamma Xi Chapter

During her first term in Phi Sigma Pi Kate co-chaired the service committee with her Big Patrick Smith. Then the following term went solo as service committee chair again. In the Winter Kate was elected as the recording secretary, and in the Spring took over this role as well as co-chairing the scholarship committee with Ashley Bathgate. Due to some great guidance and experience within PSP in her first year and a half, Kate was elected as President of the Gamma Xi Chapter and will serve as President from Spring of 2009 to Winter of 2010. When she first joined PSP she never imagined that she would come so far as to serve as President, and she considered it a great honor to lead a group who has provided her with so much support, education, and of course, a lot of fun times.
