Early Fraternity Life and Career
Kelly Togashi decided to attend The Pennsylvania State University after visiting the University Park campus after her acceptance to the school. Her life-changing tour of the school also led to her involvement in Lion Scouts, a volunteer tour guide organization. Kelly joined Phi Sigma Pi to get more involved in on- and off-campus activities, especially in the area of service.
