Kelsey decided to attend East Carolina University in the Fall of 2010. In the Spring 2011 semester, she decided to rush Phi Sigma Pi, Tau Chapter. From here, she was in the Gamma Beta Initiate Class (YOU KNOW) and is starting to begin her life as a Brother.
