Kelsey Flynn (born 15 March 1990) is a brother of Delta Mu Chapter at the University of Maine. She currently serves as the Alumni Adviser of the Delta Mu Chapter. In the past she also served as the Delta Tau Chapter at Mississippi State University [1].

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Kelsey started at the University of Maine in the Fall 2008. She first joined two other Greek Letter Organizations before finally finding a home in Phi Sigma Pi. She rushed in the Fall of 2010 was inducted on December 10th, 2010. She then served as Initiate Adviser for three semesters (Spring 2011; Fall 2011; Spring 2012), and for two semesters (Fall 2011; Spring 2012) she simultaneously held the position of Vice President.

Kelsey was the National Delegate for both the 2011 National Convention in 2011 (Washington, D.C.) and again in 2012 (Orlando, Florida). Kelsey has also served on two national committees/boards. She was elected to the Sanctions Appeal Board in 2012 and maintained the position until the following National Convention. She was also added to the National Development Committee in 2012 and continues to be active on it.

Kelsey became the Alumni Adviser for the 2012-2013 school year, however she left the position due to professional conflicts with her Graduate Assistant with Fraternity and Sorority Life. She was able to act as the alumni adviser for the Delta Tau chapter of Mississippi State University, having made deep personal connections with them at the National Convention in 2012. She reclaimed the position of Alumni Adviser at Delta Mu in the Fall of 2013 and kept the position until her graduation and subsequent leaving from the University of Maine in the Spring of 2014.

Kelsey was on the three (3) personal alumni panel that was the special speakers and presentation at the Northeastern Regional Conference (NERC) in 2014 at the Beta Upsilon Chapter at the University of Massachusetts [2].
