Early Fraternity Life and Career
Kirk Beckstrom, originally from Reed City, MI - decided to attend Central Michigan University in 2002, after high school. Through friends from a class - was introduced to Phi Sigma Pi in Spring 2003.
Collegiate Years at Gamma Mu Chapter
Kirk Beckstrom was a very active member in the Gamma Mu Chapter of Phi Sigma Pi. First serving as Fundraising Chair, leading the Chapter to new ideas and raising the most money the Chapter had seen in a long time. Kirk then joined E-Board by becoming the Student Government Association Representative – getting involved with SGA as an organization as well. Finally, Fall 2005, Kirk was elected President of the Gamma Mu Chapter. It wasn’t an easy task, but one that Kirk was ready to take on. Throughout his time in Phi Sigma Pi – attended Regional Conferences as well as Grand Chapter conferences as well (Delegate).
Alumni Years to Present
Kirk has been back to visit the Gamma Mu chapter – time and again. From Homecoming to Inductions and Alumni Banquets.
