Early Fraternity Life and Career
From the beginning of her undergraduate career in 2016, Kristin has remained active in the Millersville community by serving as Senior Peer Leader for the Latino/a Student Leadership Institute and as a member of the National Society for Leadership and Success. She is also an alumna of the Library Research Fellows Program through which she completed an independent research study exploring the influence of recreational music listening on academic success for Latino/a/x students at Predominantly White Institutions. In partnership with her Major Studies, Kristin has participated in the performance and management areas of several student recitals, and Tell School of Music-sponsored productions. Serving on the Campus Involvement and Booking committees for Millersville University's Festi-Ville and coordinating her own Junior Recital, 'The Plot and the Plan' were two of the greatest learning experiences she has had in her time as a Music Industry major. Kristin joined Phi Sigma Pi's Sigma Chapter so that she could network and develop relationships with other Millersville University students who take their college education seriously and who hope to contribute to the industries that they are passionate about through the principles of scholarship, leadership, and fellowship.
