Larissa Wade

Larissa Wade (born 17 July 1986) is an Active Member of Delta Upsilon (# 112) at Sam Houston State University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Larissa started at Sam Houston State University in the Fall of 2004 as a Family and Consumer Sciences Major with a double minor in Secondary Education and History. She rushed Phi Sigma Pi in the Fall of 2005 as part of the Theta class of the Delta Upsilon Chapter.

Collegiate Years at Sample Chapter

Her first semester, with a shortage of members, Larissa decided to run for office and she became vice president. Seeing as one of the officers quit halfway during the semester, she then took on the role of treasurer as well as making a new webpage for the chapter. During her next semester, she kept both of these jobs and also became corresponding secretary.

After a year of doing 2 plus jobs and getting the chance to really learn about the officer positions and what needed to be done, Larissa decided to run for President, which is her current position.
