Lauren Burke is an Alumna Member of Epsilon Delta Chapter (ΕΔ 246) at University of South Florida. She is part of the Nymphos family, and was inducted in April of 2010.
As far as leadership roles, she served as the Awards and Scholarship (A&S) Chair for the Xi Initiate Class. Once inducted, Lauren also served on E-Board as the Parliamentarian for a semester & as a two-term member of the Judicial Board.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Lauren's time in Phi Sigma Pi was not lenghthy, since she transferred to USF as a Junior, but feels that Phi Sigma Pi made a huge impact on her life! Her favorite times included the Brotherhood Retreat at Lake Louisa and Relay for Life. She did quite a bit with the Public Relations team to promote Phi Sigma Pi on campus. "Wear your letters & speak fondly of Phi Sig!"
After she graduated, Lauren moved to Missouri and happened to re-connect with another alumna brother Jennifer Alvarez It was great to know that no matter where you go, you always have a friend. (Who happened to be from the same chapter!)

Jess' Breathe team: Jessica Newport, Lauren's grandbig, has CF, but was given a new chance, and received new lungs on 04.18.2010! She served as part of the inspiration for the Epsilon Delta Chapter, who accepted the 2010 Purple and Gold Award for the "Chapter Most Able to Overcome Adversity." <3 Got Lungs, Got Peace! :) She was also Parliamentarian...it must run in the family, as Lauren's grand-little also served as Parliamentarian.
Ashley: Lauren's big has previously served as the Recording Secretary for the chapter and was inducted in Spring 2009. She is also on E-board. Ashley loves pens (the nice ones) and 4 am beach trips with Lauren <3 She is a devoted big - and always there to encourage and laugh with her when needed.
Megan: Lauren loves her lil! She was the Omicron class president, and got involved right away as a brother. She loves zebra print and politics and is always willing to lend a helping hand. :)
